Observation

During the complaint assessment it was reported to Licensor Bakowski that the child named in the allegation had bruises and marks that were noticed by multiple staff. One staff member stated that they noticed three different marks or bruises on the child over the course of several days and that she notified management when she noticed each one. Another staff member reported that they told management that they did not think that the bruises were normal. Further, one staff reported that if the parents did not take the child to the doctor to get an explanation for the bruising and marks that they were going to call CPS. Management or staff failed to report any of the incidents to the proper departments or agencies.
